The Method:

Our system makes it possible to optimize forwarding time by taking advantage of the fact that mozzarella will need to stand 10 hours in order to become ripe.

As a matter of fact, during this time mozzarella will be on the way!!!

Forwarded directly after being worked, mozzarella “gets ripe” on the way to final destination, so that it will reach it next day ready to be enjoyed by tasting its full flavour.

Deliveries will be carried out through an insured UPS service, delivering within 24h from production; to be more precise, our products take on an average 12h to get to destination and will be delivered directly at the whished domicile....This is UPS guarantee!!!

The orders:

It is possible to place orders during the whole week, but deliveries will happen only from Tuesday until Friday.

The buffalo's mozzarella is produced the day following this one of the order and will be delivered within 24h.

The following scheme will help you to understand better how Flyingmozzarella System works.

Any order placed after 11.00pm. will be executed the next day.

Any order placed on Wednesday after 11.00pm., on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday by 11.00pm. will be executed on next Monday, with delivery on Tuesday.

After placing the order, it is possible to consult the section “my account” in order to display, in the card “my orders”, the progress of the forwarding.

Example

Hold on: order has been received and is waiting to be executed.

In progress: order has been forwarded to the dairy-farm for production according to the above delivery schedule.

Delivered: customer has got the order.

For accidental reasons, by the home delivery service our product may rarely been delivered within 48H from production instead of 24H.

We remind that the buffalo's mozzarella doesn't change its characteristics within 96H from production.

Online shop:

Flyingmozzarella is a service created to promote and distribute buffalo's mozzarella made using at 100% buffalo's milk.

Flyingmozzarella is intended for dairy-farms having limited and homemade production; by putting together the power of different dairy- farms it is able to offer online sale service.

The quality, the flavour and, most of all, immediate delivery after production make it possible that the product is fresh and tasty when getting to destination, which gives it properties that cannot been found anywhere else in the world.

Forwarding charges:

WARNING: To know shipping costs it's necessary to be registered so the system will calculate the cost for the shipping of the goods' reciving address.

Registration is free and it doesn't force to purchase.

Forwarding charges increase a little as the quantity of ordered products increases.

Tthese charges will be spread on the total amount of the order.

Quantities:

Minimum quantity which can be ordered is 1 Kg per product; orders may include various products up to max. 40 Kg per forwarding.

For bigger quantities it will be necessary to effect another forward.

Packaging:

Packaging is done in doubled sealed plastic wrapper for food (according to CEE provision) put into isothermal polystyrene tubs insulating the product from any sudden changes of temperature. The whole unit will be packed in one counter box, giving the packaging resistance and hygiene.

Moreover, the buffalo's mozzarella is packed immersed in a quantity of its own liquid equal to the double of its weight, which preserves its organoleptic properties.

Buffalo's mozzarella must be kept in its liquid until it is eaten (we recommend to eat the mozzarella fresh within 96H; after this time, if dried up in the refrigerator, it will be possible to use it for cooked dishes.

We also remind that product travels at our risks.

Should the packet get to destination in a damaged packaging, collect the packet and sign relevant delivery receipt under reserve, than contact us in order to find the best solution to the problem.
